How do I get started with training my dog?
It starts with a 1-hour evaluation. From there we determine which program and package best suits your dog's behaviors, learning capabilities, objectives, schedule and overall needs — then build a plan around it.
What is the K9-INDIGO® Academy?
A school day for your dog: picked up at 8:00 AM, trained all day from 8 to 3, and home by 3:00 PM. It's the innovative approach between private training and board & train — the structure of boarding with the comfort of home. Fundamental (2 weeks), Platinum (4 weeks) or Diamond (8 weeks), each with free handler sessions and a certificate of completion.
What is Canine Enrichment?
More than exercise — a purposeful experience for your canine. Nature hikes, trail excursions, beach days and social adventures, each with private pick-up and drop-off, obedience reinforcement, and photos + videos sent to you. Monthly: 1× a week (4 experiences) or 2× a week (8 experiences). It starts with an in-home evaluation.
Do you offer payment plans, and how do they work?
Yes, on any training package. You pay 50% down, and the balance is auto-charged to your card every 2–4 weeks until paid in full. A small processing fee is added to each payment.
When can I start training my puppy?
As soon as they've had all their shots, including their rabies vaccine. Your vet can advise when all vaccinations are complete and it's safe to socialize and train.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — for multiple dogs in the same household, dogs adopted from rescue organizations, and returning clients. Discounts are also offered to active and retired military, law enforcement, fire department, and search & rescue personnel.
